| Catering by Leah is about fresh and natural ingredients used thoughtfully and imaginatively to create innovative gourmet cuisine, with distinctive personality and unique style. The fare is lighthearted and down to earth, inspired by what is in season. Red roasted peppers, pesto, goat cheese, interesting fruity vinegars, garden fresh herbs and a variety of ethnic foods are used often in hors d’oeuvre and entrée preparation; fresh sweet butter, farm fresh eggs and real vanilla in mouth watering pastries. Offerings never look as if they came off of an assembly line, because they do not. They are all made the old fashioned way – by hand.

| Omigod! I have never tasted such incredible salmon in my whole life. I was hoping we would have some of those cheesecake cubes and brownies left over, but the people would not be denied! ...they melted in our mouths. |
